Friend sketch by SeiichiSin Friend sketch by SeiichiSin
This is a drawing I am doing of a friend, I know there are a lot of issues with the body still, but I figured I would post this because I haven't posted anything I have drawn in ages. Anyway, if anyone has any helpful advice on how to make this a bit better, my ears are open.

Note, this is not finished. Not by a long shot.

To make the body better, You should get a posing figure

and draw the body with different poses one time. Then go back and look at the poses you've done and try drawing them over. See what you could improve.

I actually used to have one of those figures. The problem is finding it in the mess that is my room. I actually also stopped working on this drawing because the person it was for stopped wanting it, and I just didn't have the time for a project I wasn't needing to finish.

Hmm, that person sounds ungrateful. I wonder how it looks though.

I actually had started to try putting the clothing on the figure, and also was doing a lot of research on cats and kittens because that is what they were supposed to be reaching for. But I never found a good reference photo for what I wanted and apparently I took to long trying to find something, so they thought I abandoned the project before they did.
